We’re going to talk about outsourcing in a new way. Normally you hear about elance.com or rentacoder.com, but our first choices normally are 1) Craigslist and 2) Schools & Universities.

These resources and locations are ideal for seeking hired help because you can be very specific about what you want, you don’t really have to overbid, and there’s a lot of amazing talent out there. Furthermore, because you’re an online business, you can post ads in cities all over the world/country.

You don’t always have to go halfway around the world to contract web work. For all your outsourcing needs, look in your own backyard!
